Local Bank & Credit Unions typically lend within 25-50 miles of their branch locations and in many cases provide "outside the box" underwriting guidelines, enabling Borrowers to bypass more stringent underwriting standards seen in government guaranteed loans, CMBS or life company loans & regional bank loans. In every scenario, the Borrower will be required to open a deposit relationship with the bank as part of establishing a new loan.
